A document proving conspiracy of the parliament against Joya

On April 18th 2006, the Defense Committee for Malalai Joya in a statement informed about the discovery of a conspiracy against Malalai Joya in which a man called Najeebullah came to Malalai Joya’s office in Farah disguised as a foreign aid worker and tried to take the signatures of the workers of the office.

Malalai Joya’s office, with the help of one of the women in the Provincial Council and Joya’s supporters, were able to immediately arrest that man and hand him over to the police of Herat. From his confessions, the police found out that he must have been made responsible for a political conspiracy against Malalai Joya. They handed him over to the Afghan intelligence service (KHAD) where all his confessions were recorded.

Despite many attempts by Malalai Joya and her supporters (who had helped to arrest this man), KHAD refused to expose his confessions and only announced that he had been sent by the Taliban for spying. Till today they have said nothing about the man and the details of his confessions. But according to the information gathered by Malalai Joya’s office, they got to the conclusion that he must have been sent by the people in the Parliament, specifically Younis Qanooni (speaker of the parliament). Because this incident took place days after Joya publicly exposed Younis Qanooni’s embezzlement of 25 million dollar from the Education Ministry during his ministry and demanded investigation regarding the matter. Because this matter was widely reported by the media in Afghanistan, Qanooni wanted to use her false signatures to plot against her and make her silent.

Recently, through a supporter of Joya some parts of the case of the confessions of this man was given to us. Here the man has admitted that he had got 100,000 Afghanis from the Parliament for this conspiracy against Malalai Joya to get the signature of her office in a document which says Joya has received much money from American so it could be used as a proof against her and portray her as an agent of foreigners against Islam. We still have not got the continuation of this confession where he must have exposed specifically the people who had given him this duty. This was also hidden by KHAD.

This is just one of the examples of the attempts of the criminals of the “National Front” against Malalai Joya. When they saw that this conspiracy was not effective in quieting her and forcing her to stamp over her conscience, they suspended her from the parliament thinking they would get rid of strong criticisms. But Joya’s brave struggle and exposures outside the Parliament in the last one year has shattered their thoughts and their mafia nature has been exposed to the world on a wider scale.

Answer:
Till now I have taken explosives, fuse and bomb detonator from Maulawi Majid and Maulawi Dost Mohammad three times, and through a delivery car of the communications of Farah, gave it to a man named Sultan Ahmad, son of Haji Nasr, resident of Farah. The driver of the car is Sultan Ahmad’s cousin and he always helped me in the transfer of these things. For this duty, I got 300,000 Afghanis from Mullah Majid. The last time I was assigned to go to Malalai Joya’s office and collect the signatures of its workers so that they could be used to prepare a false document saying they got money from America and worked against Islam. I got 100,000 Afghanis for this from the Parliament.
