Malalai Joya in Finland

Invited by the National Committee for UNIFEM in Finland, Malalai Joya was on a visit to Helsinki from Nov.12 to 18, 2007. Joya was the keynote speaker of a number of awareness and fundraising events of UNIFEM. She also attended a seminar and press conference held in the premises of the Finnish Parliament. Joya also delivered speech in an event organized by Afghan community in Helsinki.
